third, CRM in a fourth. ARCmanager was built to collapse that into
one auditable platform with a single source of truth.
How we work
Sales-assisted from day one. Every prospect speaks to a real person,
gets a scoped quote, and runs a 14-day pilot on the package they've
actually signed for — not a stripped-down demo. Implementation,
data import and chart-of-accounts mapping are part of the package.
Where we stand on data
Customer data is hosted on AWS-grade infrastructure with multi-AZ
redundancy and 35-day point-in-time recovery. Encryption at rest
and in transit. GDPR Art. 28 + 32 compliant, UAE PDPL aligned, and
audit-ready for the DK Bookkeeping Act.
